- Claims Administration – View and manage claims registered, payments to claimants;
- Management Information System – Bordereaux, VAT Schedules, Creditors Schedules for Insurers and agents;
- Customer and Associates Relations – Manage detailed information about customers, suppliers, agents for marketing purposes;
- Business Rules – All the parameters which govern to user company's operations including users & teams, controls &, limits, products & schemes, insurers & agents, banks, branches, repairers, assessors, etc
