Stanley joined Insurefin (Pvt) Ltd in 1998 as a non-executive director and has helped steer the company from infancy to what it is today. He is a Managing Director of Terminal Engineers, an engineering company based in Zimbabwe. He now operates as a senior regional electrical engineering consultant on national water, energy and power utility projects within SADC, in collaboration with such agencies as UNICEF, GIZ, DFID, Australian Aid and Millennium Challenge Accounts (MCA).

He graduated with a BSc in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from University of Birmingham, UK. He first worked for Ziscosteel, in Zimbabwe for several years before starting his own engineering firm. He is the current chairman of Zimbabwe Power Company, a subsidiary of ZESA Holdings.

Tarisai has extensive experience working in international development, financial management and technical services organisations in South Africa and the U.K. She obtained her M.Sc. in International Business (Economics) from Lancaster University in 2006. Her passion is solutions for Big Data. She is an associate member of the British Computer Society.
